I am a content creator with a dream to become successful but it isn’t as easy as I was hoping it to be. I had seen all of these other youtubers become successful and I was like ‘I am going to become the next Mr Beast’ which I have only really realised that it will never happen as I only get between 5 to 10 views within the first week of the video being posted on YouTube. So I decided to focus more on my studies and use YouTube like a side job. I still post on my channel Eddy V, just not as much as I did when I first started out. As of this time I am predicted a 5 in Maths, a 5 in English, a 6 in Electronics, a 7 in Business, a 5 in Drama, 5 in French and a 5 in Physics, Biology and Chemistry with less than a year until my GCSE’s which lets hope I do well in. After that it is off to work. I am not sure what I want to do yet, but in the year left of school, I am sure I will find out what I want to do in life.
I have been a youtuber since 2021 and I am still doing it today. I love doing this because it lets people that actually want to watch my videos get to see them which I really enjoy because it shows me that people actually enjoy what I do which makes me really happy.
I started doing this in 2022 at the end of the year and I am still doing it now. I enjoy doing this because it lets me teach the younger kids how to play rugby properly and when they come to me at the end and tell me how much they have enjoyed today’s session, it makes me really happy.
I really enjoy IT because it lets me work on computers and modern day technology which I use a lot so I know how everything works so I find it really easy. I mainly do this when my grandparents or friends don’t know how any of this works so I can show them how it works and even teach them how to do it as well which I really enjoy doing.
I really enjoy business because I like to sell goods or services to people because I like to help people out with anything and business really helps me here because it makes me helping people out easier because I can create a website and then share this website online so that people can find it and my business can be spread with a URL which is so much easier.
I really enjoy being a gamer because it relaxes me after a hard day at work or at school which is really good because I can get really annoyed really easily so playing video games makes me relaxed and just an overall nicer person which I think is just really good for me.
I have just recently finished my bronze DofE and I have passed which I am really happy about. To do DofE, you have to do a lot to make sure you pass, such as volunteer for three months wherever you want, do three months of your skill and three months of a physical with one of these three being six months instead of three months. To do DofE, you have to be very committed to do this which I would say I was. You have to do a practice of the expedition which you do for two days, one night which for my practice I would say personally and I know the teacher can back me up with this, I did really bad. My group didn’t work in a team like we were meant to and we didn’t stay in a team. However, for my actual expedition, I was told that me and the team did really well and we passed without a shadow of a doubt. We were first to the camp and we were first to leave the camp. We made no mistakes with the map reading or the route itself. The map got changed once or twice which didn’t help because the route card didn’t match the second day but other than that we worked very well as a team and overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
